Check-in is STRICKTLY from 2.00 PM until 6.00 PM unless arranged differently with the reception. Guests that didn't arrange a late check-in at the moment of the booking and arriving after 7.00 PM will not be checked in and will be treated as no-show (see cancellation policy). This is to guarantee a relaxing, quiet environment for all of our guests.
Check-out is at 10.00(-ish) AM to give us time to prepare the room for the next guest. Late check-out can be arranged for free based upon availability and, if available, it can't be after 11.00 am for the same reasons as above.

Payment for your stay will be taken directly at the reception at check-out. We do accept most credit and debit cards other than cash payments.

Rooms and Bed & Breakfast areas are STRICTLY NON SMOKING. Failure to adhere to this will result in a 250€ fine added to your bill or your credit card as per law.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check in our b&b without being accompanied by an adult.
We don't accept children under 16 years of age and they may not be left in our b&b unaccompained by an adult for safety and insurance reasons. Please note that we don't have family rooms and, due to the shape and size of the rooms, we cannot add extra beds in any of the rooms. Couples with children under 16yo will not be accomodated and will be charged as last minute cancellation.

Any damage to our property will be added to your bill or credit card.

Any guest who acts in an aggressive, violent or threatening manner will be ejected from the b&b and asked not to return. Under this circumstances the guests will not be allowed to return to bedroom accomodation and any personal possessions left in the room will be forwarded on at our cost on the next working day, no refunds will be given. Should the guest refuse to leave we will ask the Gardaí to attend. Should any injury to guests or employees or damage to our property occur, we will press charges and urge for prosecution. Should any guest be found in possession of illegal drugs, the Gardaí will be asked to attend and remove the guest. No refund will be given.
